following diets, cleanses or by becoming a superhuman through the power
of Superfoods. However, the question is, what really makes a Superfood
so super?
Well, there is no real definition for a Superfood, in fact these foods
have just be produced by the power of Mother Nature, and are lucky
enough to be jam packed with nutritional goodness.
If you are interested in the whole Superfood craze, then look out for foods that portray some of the following:
